If the NCAA had a relegation system like the English soccer leagues, Mizzou's men's basketball team would be relegated to scout team status of some D3 program. My, what an utter collapse. If they collapse any more, light won't be able to escape.
How can a program coming off a win at nationally-ranked OU, a loss by a last-second shot to CU, and an emotional victory against archrival Kansas (a game the wheatwavers should have won) lose the next 6 games - at least - by double-digit margins and barely register a pulse in any of them?
My friend Aaron and I thought the Tigers would win around 10 games this season. But after the win against KU, I recall asking him if he still wanted to stick with 10 wins. He was noncommital.
